It is not easy to choose the right points for your patients, even you have studied very well the theory during your course. You feel that there are many points co…uld be useful—according to what is written in your books. As someone said, you can always use BaiHui and Ying Tang for every patient, Because they can calm them down. If you believe it,you can choose also all other points, because no point will kill your patients. However this is not Chinese Medicine.Just like this point,Tianshu,Mu point of Large intestine,we were told that it is useful for constipation and diarrhea, why for many times it does not work with your patients? For example, you have two patient, you know one is cold case and the other is hot case, how to differ them? There is a easy way:the cold one is with clear white urine, meanwhile the other is with strong yellow urine. Then you put a needle on Tian Shu,one get effect and other no.Now it is the time to stay with headache, why the other didn´t work? You were right, you have chosed the right point, the only reason is that you need make moxibustion on the same point the cold case. Is it easy????!!!!
